The Ego Id Ticket combines fashion with function and provides an unprecedented opportunity to track and extend your promotional dollars. By adding unique laser-etched bar codes or PIN numbers to the back of Ego ID Tags we have created a variety of practical uses including admissions tickets, event passes, membership/rewards programs and raffles/sweepstakes. Getting Started
1) First you will need to set up an account with us to help manage your data.
- Administration - This allows collection, sharing and analysis of all data collected during your event or promotion.
2) Decide the type of web pages you will need to accomplish your goals.
- Registration Pages - If registration is required to participate in the promotion, this is the page where tag holders enter their information. The page allows you to collect relevent demographic data activate the tags for further use.
- Scanning Pages - This is the page where a participant scans or enters an tagt# for admission, to claim a prize, membership login, etc. You can use this page by itself if registration is not required.
- Thank You Pages - These are thank you pages after a participant registers answers polling questions, etc. A great place to offer incentives like coupons or other freebies for participating.
- Polling Pages - These are created to garner more information from the participants during the interactive process. All answers are tracked and reported.
- Emails - Send out automatic messages after each interaction with a tag holder. This keeps your promotion "top of mind" and is another marketing opportunity to direct customers actions.
3) Distribute the tags to your target audience.
- This can be done via direct mail, event give-aways, on-site registration, will-call, on-pack gifts, within printed publications, gifts with purchase, merchandising, etc.
- Provide instructions on how to register- we also provide on pack stickers, instructional postcards, flyers, clamshell packaging with fold-out instruction cards, folding maps, etc.
